Special problems with men
Heads of men bear hair differently – so we have to talk about beard and sideburns. Skin of men is thicker, better supplied with blood which makes bleeding during the operation more probable and haematomas after it more likely. Even little conspicuous scars have to be discussed since they are more difficult to hide by make up or hair as in females.
